Tonight was a pretty clear night and there was no big bright moon to contend with, so I decided to see if some of my old friends in the sky were out. They were. I spent an hour snapping photos on my Meade LX200 GPS with my DSI II monochrome camera in Deep Sky mode.
The average exposure time was about 10 seconds per shot and most of the pictures are a combination of at least 10 shots.
