To celebrate the holidays, my wife and I decided to take the Leavenworth Snow Train for the first time this year. This Amtrak luxury express train travels from Seattle to Everett (where we caught it) and on to it’s final destination in the quaint alpine town of Leavenworth, WA. Along the way, the train passes through some beautiful scenery and under the Cascades in a very long tunnel.
Through photos and a video of the Leavenworth city lighting ceremony, I tried to record some of the sights we found along the way and in Leavenworth. Hope you enjoy!
